Recruiter called me and discussed the opportunity. He screened my profile for the technology & job consistency and invited me for an In-person interview. The recruiter then sent me a mail with the JD along with the call letter for the interview. Once I was there, the recruiter asked me to fill a form then the technical manager interviewed me. I was then asked to complete a technical system test for 30 min then the HR spoke to me and explained the company profile and discussed in regards to my expectation and joining time. Then he asked me to leave for the day and would get back to me. Later the same day I got a confirmation mail to submit my documents. The interview process took just 1 hour and it was conducted very professionally and smoothly. I liked the work environment and the way the technical & HR team interacted with me. I accepted their offer and joined the company.

They conduct only face to face interview and select everyone under training in 3 months and wont pay any salary in this training after 3 months completed they extend one more month on written exam.4th month also no pay after that they hire employees and wont give any offer letters or any proofs of employment.

We follow an interview process starting with a Technical Interview then a Technical System Test and an HR round to take a hiring decision. We have always extended a formal offer letter and paid salaries as per agreement.
