I talked to a representative at my college career fair in September. I applied online and didn't hear anything from them until January. They hadn't even opened my online application yet but I assume they still had my resume. I had two phone interviews around 20-25 min each that were pretty chill. They didn't ask any technical questions really but just asked me to tell them about my past project and internship experiences.
