The process took 4 months. A little long but they went above and beyond to keep me up to date on the process. I did 2 phone interviews, an in-person interview that lasted 4 hours, another phone interview and then a final project. A lot of stuff, but they really wanted to get an idea of how I was, how I worked and what my creative influencers were. I didn't get the job but honestly, it was a direct contrast to what others have said on here. No one ghosted on me. No one was rude. Everyone was positive and helpful. The recuriter who led me through the process was, Laura. She really was amazing. Friendly, kind, supportive and a true professional. I probably would have bailed on the process if I had just relied on the interview reviews here and she hadn't been as great at her job as she clearly is. Seriously give her a raise.
