Interviewed with multiple people from the department including leads and supervisors. Also given a test, some basic algebra and geometry was necessary. Basic measurement reading (ruler) is also helpful. They seemed very casual however the communication among the interviewers was poor and they were a bit disorganized. Aerospace experience is strongly suggested though not mandatory. The process took a few hours, so be prepared to talk about yourself.
