I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SpaceX (Kent, WA) in Nov 2024
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter. Went over resume. Shift and hours available. Passed the phone interview but they wanted an in person panel interview at location I didn't apply for. The training was for a week at the location. I decided to withdraw from the interview process. I applied for Kent, WA facility. They wanted me to panel interview and 1 week training at Redmond facility. No HR or on site training at Kent facility.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SpaceX (Boca Chica and Medford Colonia, TX) in Apr 2025
Interview
First screening was very simple and easy. Got accepted into in person a week after. They only asked two behavior questions and past experience. Recruiter responds to emails fairly quickly because they forgot to send a confirmation email about the next process.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SpaceX (Hawthorne, CA) in Sept 2021
Interview
Most if the process went well. Completed a phone interview with a recruiter that was positive. Then I was invited to meet the team. The first individual I met (female) was very nice and had a positive attitude. The second interview was with the manager (male) who was not very pleasant. He didn't seem to believe my work history and that I could operate a forklift. He kept mentioning that it was a warehouse position, as if he thought that I didn't know what I was applying for.
I am sure that he wasn't interested since I am a petite female and not a larger muscular male.
I met the requirements for the position and even held a very similar warehouse position for 10 years while I was in the military.
