I applied in-person. I interviewed at SpaceX (Brownsville, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
The process of my interview was super-fast and professional, the people in charge of recruiting are super nice and explain the process perfectly. Working for SpaceX has been one of the best experiences in my career, I hope to grow and learn much more.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me questions about my previous experience and about situations that could happen in the future, first of all, they gave me several scenarios as examples.
After four rounds of interviews, two by phone, 1 with panel and an additional one by phone after an offer was not made, trying to get feedback from the recruiter is like a snowballs chance in hell. After 7 requests for feedback back to improve so one can get an unanimous yes from the panel it leads to many questions.

Interview was pretty straight forward with questions about your prior work history, projects you've lead or been involved with. Manager went into SpaceX vision and the "no a-hole policy" asking if you know anything about what SpaceX does and what its goals are for making humans multi-planetary.
