The interviewer kept you waiting outside, even though it was the interview time. He was constantly chatting with other staff and laughing loudly, without seeming to be discussing anything important. This made you feel very disrespected.

The interviewer was late and did not show respect towards others. He kept chatting with staff about non-work related topics and made the interviewee wait for more than 20 minutes, even though the interview was scheduled on time.
