It was straightforward you met with the director of communications and they asked you a few questions. It took a week for them to get back to me. Once you accept you start the following week.

Two interviews. One with Local Sales Manager and one with the General Station Manager. Interview asked about my past experience and why I like the radio broadcast industry. I was a recent college graduate.

The interview process was very professional. There were two rounds of interviews: initial and final. The whole process of hiring was fast and efficient. Interviews do not require extensive preparation. Interviewers seemed to know what to ask and what to look for.
