Brief, easy, interviewed with 3 people. The assistant manager, the overall store manager, and the district manager. Everyone was so nice and seemed very interested in what I had to say. It took about 2 weeks before I was hired and started working on the floor.

During the interview, we reviewed my resume, discussed duties of the job role, and the next day I was called back with an offer. It was honestly pretty straight forward and to the point.

I Applied online. After a day or two I heard from the manager to schedule an interview. I Met the manager for a coffee where we got to know each other and spoke a lot about ourselves as well as Spanx as a company.
