I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spark.com (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2016
Interview
I got a phone interview within 1 business day of submitting my application. And after a positive call, we scheduled an in-person interview. I met with the supervisor and 2 team members. Some of the questions were the same. I liked the opportunity to ask my own questions. The job posting didn't exactly fit with the real position.
