Spark.com interview questions

It was a group process. I met with five people in a morning. They were all very friendly. It was very slow, however; weeks before I heard back from the inquiry.

I got a phone interview within 1 business day of submitting my application. And after a positive call, we scheduled an in-person interview. I met with the supervisor and 2 team members. Some of the questions were the same. I liked the opportunity to ask my own questions. The job posting didn't exactly fit with the real position.
