Sparrow Health System interview questions

Phone interview and then an in person interview with multiple staff members. HR was friendly and accommodating. Questions ranged about past experiences, working in an interdisciplinary team, conflict resolution, de-escalation, and knowledge of medical records.

Interview process was good. I was surprised that during the second Interview they had 2 employees sit and ask me questions. Which weren't questions that really should have been asked
