I applied online. I interviewed at Sparta Global in July 2021
Interview
Phone interview, making sure you are personable enough, then a psychometric assessment and a very basic coding exercise.
If pass them then a video interview running through some core competencies using STAR technique.
The process is very fast, which is quite nice and refreshing, however it also pressures you to respond to them before many of your other applications have gotten very far.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Give an example of a time when you showed resilience.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sparta Global in July 2021
Interview
1 hour process where they ask about six key competencies which they will tell you about beforehand. Also they ask you to describe yourself as well as other projects you have worked on.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sparta Global (London, England) in May 2021
Interview
Applied through gradcracker and got a call the next day to have a quick phone screening. Afterwards got invited to do an online aptitude and coding test (language choice up to you). The coding test has three parts and overall is quite simple (even with basic coding knowledge). They even have a coding test for someone with no prior knowledge!
Since I'm currently in HK, phone calls are expensive so asked if there were other arrangements which thankfully the person suggested Microsoft Team.
Next call is to discuss about the results of the tests and to arrange the final interview.
However, before the final interview, there is a call to help you prepare for that interview which is very supportive for the candidate.
The final call is a 1 on 1 with one the leading members of the Talent Team and lasted around an hour for me. This part is not technical and all focused on competency questions.
Overall, both the HR and senior member I talked to were lovely and helpful!
I am excited to start the training next month!
