Very easy, worried about references and questions about experience for bookkeeping and payroll. Not much information on the company or expectations for the position and future if the position

I had a pre-screen interview with the owner prior to the actual interview. The conversation was very positive and he asked me to come in for an interview immediately. However, the interview was all about how wrong i was for the the jobs. within minutes i was extremely uncomfortable and wanted it to end, but i was a little shocked by the way he was treating me. Finally, he ended it and i left. The worst part was i had read 3 bad reviews on glass Door, all said that the owner was the reason why they left and why the company will never be successful. Last time i do not trust my instincts. Who would want to work for him!
