Spartan Capital Securities interview questions

Had an initial phone call with a recruiter. The interview went well, with some basic experience and related course work questions. However, haven't received any information after that even after following up a couple of times.

The interview process is a pure joke. I had my first interview on January 2021. The interviewer asked very basic questions (such as working permission), and told me he will set up next interview with senior guys soon. Then I have been waiting for more than two weeks and nobody come back to me. I send two follow-up emails, and called the interviewer, but there was no response. The interviewer disappeared without a word. This is a pure joke.
