Spartech interview questions

It is the basic interview process with phone interviews and some online assessment testing. I thankfully didn't have to waste a bunch of time traveling for an onsite interview. They did not have a consensus on what they were looking for so they basically are just jerking you around. They wanted someone to perform multiple duties across three departments.

Phone interview with a manager followed by a meeting with the hiring manager and a few other employees from the group. Interview process was very easy and relaxed. I had known a few of the team members from previous employment. Received call after meeting the hiring manager and team with an offer. They wanted me to start as soon as possible.
