The recruiter asked a set of scripted questions on a video call. After grilling on product management, I was asked how many people I managed in the last job. The call ended stating that I have not managed enough number of people to qualify. Such a critical requirement could have been asked on e-mail, or even at the very beginning of the call itself. Could have saved some time for both. If you are an experienced product manager, beware that what they really want is a people manager. Your product management skills are less important for them. This is understandable because the company is a mere contracted development service for another US based product company. Spartez itself does not develop serious products. What they list as own products on their website are actually just plug-ins for some other product they develop on contract for another company.
