Interview
Did 2 online numeracy and logic tests.
This included easy mathematics and logic problems, as well as sections on finding mistakes or possible mistakes in questions and answers.
Afterwards is a one-sided video interview, where you have to record answers to around 8 questions.

Yellow: 2,4,6,8

I choose one.
I secretly tell Alice the number and Bob the colour.
(In front of each other:)
Alice: I don't know what one it is. But I know Bob doesn't know either.
Bob: I don't know what one it is.
Alice: I now know what one it is.
1. Application via Sparx website
2. Programming test (1 task, 1 hour, Codility), Statistical assessment (several tasks connected to Sparx data set, up to 90 minutes, Flexiquiz), Sparx Online Aptitude Assessment (6 tasks, each with 3 subtasks, 60 minutes).
3. Digital interview, powered by HireVue. 13 questions and for each one up to a minute to prepare an answer and 2-3 minutes to record it.
After this step, I received a reply that my application will not be progressed.
