Initially applied for Solution Architect role then based on my experience was recommended for director role. Looks like the interview process was just to fill up the empty calendar. Recruiter didn't care to call and give constructive feedback for such a senior position. This is an unusual interview experience in the revenue cloud space where companies and CPQ resources forms close connections through networking.

Cultural fit round. Nothing interesting. It was a waste of time.
Fair and meaningful. We had a sensible discussion which touched on commerciality, markets, clients - all round it was balanced and broken into appropriate sections - I knew exactly what was asked of me.
