The interview process started with a phone interview. A few days after we spoke I went to the spa to perform a massage on another therapist. It was easy and they were anxious to hire someone.

Decided to call and set up interivew however prior to wasting anyones time, I decided to ask for the pay rate as I've been a therapist for over 10 years with my own private practice and just wanted a few extra hours around others. However, I was surprised to hear that they only pay under $25/hour.
