Interview
Walking in, you already notice the very friendly and energetic environment. They really make you excited to work here, but do not disclose benefits in a clear package. The process involves a Zoom call screening and then an in-person interview at the potential location you will work at.
Ask questions about who you are and get to know how you work on a team. Can be long and usually takes several hours. I was asked to stay for 2-3 hours which felt long.

There's two interviews, one with talent acquisition and another with the clinic site in need. I'd recommend making it sound like you're looking to stay within the company for a long time
