Owner emailed to call for a phone interview, but was then immediately unavailable for two consecutive days. Had to play phone tag during this time. By the the time the owner responded, owner failed to even glance at resume and asked questions about work history and experience that was already listed. Owner also was inattentive and answered another call in the middle of my interview. Extremely poor grasp of English.
