Specialty Bolt and Screw interview questions

I had a phone interview, they couldn't answer my questions and they didn't know what they were talking about. They asked me to come in for another interview and I was hired on the spot, that should have been the first red flag.

Was contacted by phone and did a basic phone interview with standard surface questions. Then invited to do a full person interview in person with questions about kpi's and career goals.
