Spector Group interview questions

Called me in for interview twice first with 2 senior architect and interior designer then next time with the principal of the firm. After the two interview no offer. Said I needed more experience. How come the two senior associate didn’t realize that and why schedule a second interview. Very unprofessional and rude on answering email.

It is a casual chat with the principle and nothing so serious. We talk about the company culture and future possibility . It is all in a very good atmosphere.
