Spectra Laboratories interview questions

Interviewers were very excited to interview me. They made it seem like I was a great fit for the position however, miscommunicated how much work needed to be done for the position and the labs were in terrible condition.

Seem like it could be a friendly workplace but I had the impression it wouldn't be worth the time to gain the experience that was offered. If you don't have the experience you will do prep work and the real opportunity to learn was vaguely expressed. The title of the job was more suited for someone with some science knowledge. I have a BS in biochemistry and was offered $18 an hour to do basic tasks.
