Spectral interview questions

It was a telephonic interview . Interviews were quite polite. First of all they asked about me . My qualifications , my interest areas , long term perspective , knowledge on ms word and ms excel (basic ) .

Applications are reviewed and suitable candidates are called for face to face round to check their fitment with the role as well as organization. HR manager takes the interview where the candidate's profile is discussed and some other questions are asked.
