I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrio (Hickory, NC) in July 2023
Interview
Started with a screening with the recruiter to discuss skills, then spoke with the manager of the role to discuss role specifics, then spoke with the CTO to discuss company specifics. The recruiter was super informative and kept me updated throughout the whole process. There were a lot of delays due to the CTO having a hectic schedule but the recruiter made sure that I was never in the dark.

Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter about moving forward with the next steps in the process, but beware because it seems that they are still in the filtering resumes stage and don't actually have any intentions with moving forward with you, getting the hopes of candidates up. If there happens to be some issue and/or lacking skill on your resume, they don't seem to do their due diligence to check before reaching out to candidates. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when you leave candidates wondering for days. If this is how Spectrio operates, I am glad that I may have dodged a bullet. So a warning to other candidates, beware that recruiters at this company who reach out to you about moving forward in the interview process might already knows that they don't have any intention to interview you at all, so look at those email with intense skepticism so you don't get your hopes up.
