Refreshing! 3 Face to Face interviews. Remember those?!
Many companies, large and small could learn from this. Instead of endless online interviews with dozens of people, calls with HR and TA, and then panels and tests and presentations, we had 3 great in-person meetings with key stakeholders followed by an offer. Delightful, cant wait to get going.
Interviewer was 15 minutes late, and spent the majority of the interview talking about how stressful the position will be, how they will be 16 hour work days, how he barely has time to do anything but work, and getting distracted by messages and such. A few rogue technical questions at the end of the interview but by that point the job already sounded terrible.
