I only had the first HR meeting this morning, it was interesting, but were very interested in potential start date, and this question was repeated multiple times through out the interview. I got the sneaking suspicion that this was a bit a "quick fit", in that the person was leaving in 2 wks, and now they had to fill the position. Informative.
