I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Spectrum Human Services in June 2015
Interview
Long interview, all open ended questions about scenarios. Also had to fill out background forms. Go to state of michigan for child abuse registry background check. Drivers license check. Interview was one to one. Was supposed to have a second interview but they called to offer me a job right away. They need people bad so if you don't have a record (felonies and misd assault charges) and have half a brain you will probably get an offer.

Question 1
What would you do if it was just you on the basketball court and 2 kids started fighting?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum Human Services (Southfield, MI) in Sept 2011
Interview
I was called into the family supports services office to interview for a position. The program director basically talked the entire time and I sat there. The director explained her agency and the positions available. She told me what she was interested in me for and what I would be doing. (Side note: The job she described and the actual job were not the same. The actual job was a horrible position with no time for a personal life and the client success rate was at 0% because of the way it's set up and I have no ability to make changes.)
