Interview
The process took about two weeks. After I applied online I received an email prompting me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly telling me about the offered salary and the schedule tha they need to fill as well as some questions. After the phone interview I went to the location to be interviewed by three different managers.

Tell me about a time when you had to resolve an issue for a customer. What was the issue and what was the outcome?
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

Experience with difficult customer and how you resolved it
It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
