Question 1
how do you explain something complicated without making the customer feel bad.
It was a fairly straightforward process that started with a brief phone screening where they asked basic questions about my background and experience. After that, I had an in-person interview that focused on customer service scenarios, troubleshooting skills, and simple technical concepts. The overall process was smooth, well-organized, and not overly difficult.
Interview has multiple parts. Initial phone screen which is automated, zoom introductory interview, another phone screen which is not automated, and then final in person interview. They are pretty clear on what to expect once you actually are on the job.
