Phone interview by recruiter, then in person interview with sales director, interview was brief and to the point. Company has a clear vision of the type of the qualifications they are looking for. Questioned why i was interviewed if they did not feel i met these qualifacations.
Theres 2interviews one in perso! With their store manager or whoever and one with recruiter. Whole process is easy and store employees are friendly and inviting. The environment was chill

it was a 3 step process....one phone interview and then 2 in person interviews over 2 months. The last interview is a group interview with about 5 other people. Nice people and they give you feedback.
