The process was simple and was able to do it all online with out any issues. Online questions were multiple choice and odd for a computer based job. The conformation email had links that did not work.

Interview
Had initial phone interviews, then in-person, found the office to be old, small and cheap for a company of this size, certain benefits you would get at other offices cannot be obtained in the office I interviewed for, salary offer was extremely low in comparison to other companies with the same job (initial discussion was for nearly 10,000 less than other companies, and ended up being 4,000 less than the next lowest offer for another company with the same job. Received an offer, but HR person refused to let me think about it for one day.
