Straight forward as far as the process. Didn't go to much into the past work experience for the reason that the company wants to focus on bettering the company and provide the opportunity to better the employee's life.

Easy and was over a video chat with a recruiter. You meet your manager after finishing up your onboarding process. It was easy if you have the right experience and sales
