I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Spectrum (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2023
Interview
Only good thing about this company is the quick updates throughout the hiring process. Recruiter reached out to me online and we discussed the role, I had an 1 hour interview with a team member (involved a live assessment), and then a final 3 hour interview on site with a live assessment.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum in June 2025
Interview
I went through four rounds of interviews — one with the recruiter, one with the lead data scientist, one with the manager, followed by a take-home assessment and an on-site panel interview. The take-home assignment was quite intensive and closely mirrored a real-world problem the team is currently addressing. After the process, the recruiter provided feedback.

Question 1
I was asked to present my take-home project, walk through the approach, design decisions, and architecture, and explain how I implemented the solution end-to-end.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Denver, CO) in May 2025
Interview
The process consisted of 4 rounds, starting with the HR. It was followed by an online coding session in Python. The third round involved a technical/personality interview with the hiring manager. The final round consisted of a take home, which I got about a week to work on. And I traveled onsite to present it in front of the whole team.
