Very Thorough and organized. The recruiting team makes sure that you have a time slot which is respected by the interview panel. Experience is appreciated, but not a must. Plenty of time is allocated to have all your questions answered. The recruiter will be a phone call away, if any information as far as direction or being late occurs.
