Interview
Quick, unprofessional, almost to easy. Felt that I had the job. Connected easily with hiring ED. This ED told me she would email me a salary offer the same week.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum Retirement (Chandler, AZ) in May 2025
Interview
Received an invitation via text message for a Zoom interview within 48 hours of applying online.
Interview went very well, and when I asked “what type of attributes are you looking for to find your best candidate ?” I was told “I’m looking for someone like you. You have both the sales background and combination of empathy we need in this role”. I was then given what the next few interview steps would look like and then told “you will hear from us by the end of the week for the next steps”. I was hopeful and left the call with a feeling of confidence.
More than two weeks passed and it wasn’t until I sent a follow up text to the recruiter that I received a generic “although impressive, we went another direction” email.
