Interviews were pretty standard — Although there were too many. From the initial HR screening to interviews with the team , I had a total of 5 interviews. Too many for this kind of role.

Interview
They had very nice staff and office. Casual dress. The interview was comfortable. They seemed to not believe that I really liked to write even though my current position was 100% writing. They reiterated that there was a lot of writing and a lot of deadlines.

Interview
Applied online through my school, did an initial informal phone interview with the president, came in for an interview with the president and executive vice president. They had me walk through my resume and tell them my strengths and weaknesses at each position. After that came back in for a shadowing session with one of the other employees to see exactly what I would be doing if I got the job.
