I applied online. Their online hiring system is abysmal to say the least, but after it's done you get contacted within a couple days. Interview was extremely casual. I showed up wearing whatever and talked to the store manager next to the coffee makers. I had no retail experience but I did have food service experience. Unless you say something absolutely ridiculous, you'll get the job.
Easy. Just be upfront and honest and they are very lenient. You'll be talking to a lot of people, but its very relaxed. Id recommend if anyone needed a quick job.

Very short and intense questions. Customer service based but still quite a lot of questions. Maybe it was just me and didn’t know how to answer I was very nervous I’m not sure but it seemed intense
