I applied online. I interviewed at Speer Technologies in Feb 2023
Interview
I received an email detailing that the interview would be with the design lead and a designer, but upon joining the call, the design lead was absent. Instead, I had to interview with another team member who was working with the phone and constantly sending messages throughout the call, which was distracting and unprofessional. Furthermore, the interview lasted for about 30 minutes, during which time the interviewer asked a lot of questions., the interviewer seemed unprepared and didn't seem to have a clear idea of what they were looking for in a candidate.
