I had an initial screening call for the Support Analyst position. The recruiter was professional and friendly, and the conversation focused on my background, technical support experience, and suitability for the role. I found the discussion to be well-structured and informative, and it gave me a good understanding of the position and company.
Unfortunately, I was not progressed to the next stage due to my visa status, as the company was not able to provide sponsorship at the time. The recruiter communicated this clearly and respectfully, and the overall experience was positive.
