Interview
Interview was with multiple different partners over an hour or two. Each one was very personable and easy to get along with. More of an informal conversation than a traditional interview.
Phone interview and then two zoom interviews. They use legal recruiters and the process is pretty formal. The questions during each phase are straightforward (why do you want to work here, etc.)
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Spencer Fane Britt & Browne (Denver, CO) in May 2022
Interview
Prolonged but not terrible. Qualifying phone interview then in person, in office. Qualifying questions were typical and in office questions were more technical. Some lifestyle questions. They are big on diversity equity and inclusion. Everyone was very nice.
