Interview
There are multiple meetings in the process and it is approached thoughtfully. They endure meetings with people in various roles to give wholistic perspective on working there and a wholistic perspective on the candidate as well. Respectful.
Two interviews with existing members of staff. Very friendly and casual, but also informative. Both rounds of interviews felt fairly relaxed which allowed me to answer properly. I had an offer fairly soon after the second.

Questions were a mixture of casual and professional
