The interview process was relatively straightforward. I didn't move past the initial video call because of the pandemic but overall, I had a very structured and friendly conversation. I was able to get a good sense of what interviews are like through that experience.

I interviewed at Spencer Stuart (Frankfurt am Main)
Interview
Personal fit is everything at Spencer Stuart. I did around 7 interview rounds before getting an offer. They really try tower how you would fit into their culture. They select out people who present inauthentic. You meet multiple people from associate to partner.
Fairly straightforward. First round behavioral. Second round case study take-home that you then present and get feedback on. The third round is longer behavioral. Know why you want to be in this space and have lots of potential stories prepared for the third round behaviroal to showcase your skills.
The interview process was a great experience...thorough, engaging, and insightful. I appreciated the thoughtful questions, the opportunity to share my background, and learning more about the team and role. I did not get the role but they gave me valuable feedback.
