It appeared that the interviewers were unsure of what questions to ask, with one even admitting they were primarily there just for the 'vibe checks.' The recruiters displayed a disappointing lack of responsiveness, failing to provide even basic updates or acknowledgments. A simple message like 'We are still in the interview process' would have sufficed. Despite performing well in all three interviews, I was met with complete silence from the company. After following up with the recruiters via email a week later, I received no replies - completed ghosted.
