I applied online. I interviewed at Spigen (Irvine, CA) in June 2022
Interview
So fun! Really enjoyed. Chill and personable. They seemed to really want to get to know me and asked me enjoyable questions about myself. Their office was colorful and lively. It seems like a very fun and modern place to work.

Interview
I applied online and received an email for an in-person interview about 2 weeks later. However, after confirming the initial interview, they rescheduled three times within three days. I found this to be unprofessional, particularly because we had confirmed the details repeatedly after each rescheduling. The in-person interview was slightly above average, I met with the Creative Director and he spoke about the company and its brands while explaining the Graphic Designer’s role and responsibilities. He was easygoing and very thorough with his questions about my background and portfolio, and I left feeling positive about the interview. Two days later, I received two assessment tests. One was a behavioral test and the other was an SQ ability and aptitude test, which takes a total of about two hours to complete. I did receive a $15 Starbucks gift card for my time, but it’s worth noting that it takes a couple of weeks for the gift card to be emailed.
