Interview
Applying for this job was very easy. I sent a resume along with an e-mail explaining why I wanted to work here and why it would be a good fit. I heard back within a week and had my interview. The interview was not traditional. My now boss wanted to know more about me as an individual rather than the skills that I possessed. He explained that he needed people that would work well together as a team rather than as individuals.

Question 1
The interview as a whole was unexpected. I came in prepared to list my skills and why I would be good for the job but instead I was asked who I was and why I wanted to work here. Answering the question "Who are you?" is tougher than one might think.
