They tell you to finish a two-page worksheet before the first screening. There were two screenings: in the first, you teach the other candidates and evaluators a lesson, and then they give you feedback. For the second screening, you have to incorporate the feedback into your plan. Even though you don't need a teaching background, it is very obvious that they prefer it and will give you a hard time if you cannot explain it as well as the other candidates.

They will first have a short video chat with the candidate. Then, you'll do two rounds of trial teaching. You will be asked to complete a written assignment as well. The final step is the in-person interview.
