Was a bit muddled, confused and a bit meandering. Was told it was remote and then when in the interview, it wasn't so it stalled a lot of the momentum after that.
I applied online. I interviewed at Splash Damage (Bromley, England) in Apr 2020
Interview
Very friendly, chilled interview. First interview was via video call to get to know me. Then had to do an art test. Third interview was at the office. I met the UI team, very friendly and down to earth. I had to give a case study about my art test and we just spoke about favourite UI in games.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Splash Damage (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
It started out well with a quick response to the application and then booked in interviews.
But the interview had some vague open questions and needed to be more direct to the role and find out how the person would fit it.
I had to chase up a few times for news and by the end they had run out of contracts to offer, 4-5 weeks after the onsite interview but if they had more they would have offered me one.
