Interview
Very easy, group 3 hour job training essentially, nothing remotely intimidating. We were shown how to lay tables, hold bottles and serve plates in a couple of styles and some admin.

Group interview where we were taught how to do a bunch of basic tasks including: serving drinks, collecting plates, set up a table, wave service, boxing a table, putting table cloths on, etc.

Silver service training, very relaxed and fun. They train you and then view how you do. It is group interview but everyone is very nice. Have to dress the part.
